Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products should be returned:
- In good condition
- With original packaging where possible
- Including accessories and manuals
Customers are allowed to inspect and test products as they would in a physical store. However, products showing excessive use, damage, or misuse may be subject to reduced refunds.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if sealed packaging has been opened after delivery where applicable under EU consumer regulations.

Refunds
